Using time instead of heat, cold brewing your ground coffee gently extracts all of its natural flavours and aromas, resulting in a seriously smooth brew that takes your iced coffee to the next level.
Adding a hot brew directly to ice can create a bitter taste that masks some of the coffee’s best flavours. This might be more time consuming, but it’s worth it.
Just add water and your favourite ground coffee—our Light Blend tastes great brewed this way.
Materials: Glass bottle, integrated filter, and silicone stopper.
Capacity: 1000ml (makes 4-5 cups).
Brew Time: 8-24 hours. The longer you let it brew, the more intense the flavour will be.
